Beauty from ashes. Inspired to draw this after my friend and I were talking about recent challenges in our lives. I was reminded that while we may see a big mess with no way out, God is bigger than our problems. And He can use anything for good....even our hot messes.
Inspired by a vintage 1970's crewel I just acquired. I am a huge fan of vintage, especially the 60's & 70's.
Southern California beach right before sunset. I live about 8 miles from the beach and take pics of the piers from Newport to Redondo.

Cat TV. My cat Sam used to do this which made it very challenging to watch TV.
